The Â鶹ÊÓƵ Shop

Now located in the atmospheric vaulted space beneath the building, The Â鶹ÊÓƵ Shop offers a unique retail experience for lovers of art and design. Alongside prints and postcards of much-loved artworks from The Â鶹ÊÓƵ collection, discover an exclusive range of homewares, fashion, and gifts sourced from independent creators across the UK. Whether you’re looking for a memento of your visit, a gift for a loved one, a statement piece for your home, or a limited edition, you will find something to suit your taste and budget in the shop.

When purchasing items in the shop, we will only provide a small paper bag for items such as postcards, we therefore recommend you bring your own. Alternatively, we sell a range of reusable tote bags starting from £4.50. If you have any questions, please contact shop@courtauld.ac.uk

Our retail range is available to view and purchase online. Visit The Â鶹ÊÓƵ Shop online now to browse the collection.

Art Café

Striking, stylish yet relaxed and welcoming, Art Café is The Â鶹ÊÓƵ’s new all-day restaurant and bar located on the ground floor. The warm vibrant interior has been inspired by the bohemian creativity of the Bloomsbury Group; and a colour palette favoured by the designs and creations of the Omega Workshop.

The café is open from 10:00 – 18:00 (17:00 on Sundays) with last orders 30-minutes before closing. A changing seasonal menu of pastries, snacks and meals prepared by Company of Cooks, a range of hot drinks also available to take away and a fully stocked bar, open into the evening. There is no need to book as there is no reservation service in place. Just turn up and enjoy.

To gain step free access to the Art Café, visitors can enter via The Â鶹ÊÓƵ Gallery reception doors, which are located next to the entrance to the Art Café. A member of The Â鶹ÊÓƵ team will be able to guide you to the café via a separate access door.

More than just a place to stop during a visit, Art Café is a destination in itself and will provide a place to meet, work, refuel and enjoy.

A new alcoholic drink and cocktail menu has been introduced to the Art Café.

The cafe features a long red bar with shelves of bottles, round wooden tables with black chairs, and a large curved gray seating area in the foreground. Customers are seated throughout the space, and staff members are working behind the bar. Green-framed windows and warm yellow walls add color to the contemporary cafe design. A mezzanine level with black metal railings is visible in the background.
